Much of it is in live, operationally sensitive environments, hospitals, courthouses, schools and manufacturing plants that have to keep running while major capital work goes on around them.
As his career has shifted toward governance and senior assurance, the constant has been how he reads a project. For all the contractual rigour, Bruce keeps coming back to the team as the thing that makes or breaks it.
