Building that team has been deliberate. Work once anchored in health and tertiary projects has diversified into three waters, transport and local government, on the back of the right people and genuine long-term relationships. He believes in having the right people around the table, engaging early to shape outcomes, and challenging the norm where a different tool or delivery model serves the client better.
With Dunedin as his base, he is now extending RCP into Southland, where councils, iwi and economic development groups are backing significant new industry and the infrastructure investment that comes with it, making sure RCP is well positioned as that work grows.
