Kelly leads People and Capability at RCP, the work of building a culture where good people want to join, stay and grow.

She came to RCP after years in human resources across the property and construction sector, where she saw how much the people who serve the industry shape the communities and environments around them. That comes with a desire to give back, and it drives how she approaches the role today.

Kelly works across the whole business, leading how RCP develops its people and shapes their experience day to day. She looks for ways to personalize what RCP offers its people, so they stay engaged and want to build their careers here, with an eye on satisfaction, enjoyment and purpose. She also keeps a wider challenge in view: the world is changing faster than before, and the task is making sure people are agile enough to adapt quickly. Equity, diversity and inclusion have a real part to play there, giving RCP a range of people who bring different skills, experience and perspectives to the business.
