James enjoys bringing clarity to complex situations, supporting the people around him and helping clients and teams find a clear path forward. Naturally his interest and focus have shifted toward the front-end of projects and the advisory space. He has worked with a range of private and public sector clients on land development and infrastructure projects, bringing a calm and considered approach to master planning, due diligence and complex development challenges.
As leader of RCP's Auckland team since 2023, James is equally invested in the internal side of the business. With a large team, a big part of his focus has been on creating structure and process to support day-to-day operations. Being part of a high-performance team within a highly collaborative environment is something he is genuinely passionate about.
