Christopher Goldsmith

Chris is drawn to transformation. Across business, technology and government he has spent his career solving intricate, large-scale problems, always looking at the whole system before breaking it into parts.

Before RCP he led major transformation programmes across telecommunications, health and the public sector, from national network rollouts to overhauling the systems behind large organisations, including 14 years with New Zealand Police and a central advisory role in the government's COVID-19 response.

At RCP, that background made him the natural choice to lead the business case and delivery of a major communications network project. He is now focused on growing the firm's advisory and digital services, helping clients turn big ambitions into well-structured investments.
